Drafts on this device

Campaign inputs, edits, AI results and uploaded images save in this browser when local storage is available. Clear saved draft removes that stored draft. It is not an account backup or a way to sync between devices; others using the same browser profile may see it. Your display theme may also be saved locally.

Copying places email text on your clipboard. Downloads create files on your device. Neither action sends a campaign or uploads it to an email platform.

AI submissions

Template mode makes no AI request. When AI is connected, clicking Generate, Shorten or Rewrite sends selected campaign text through this site’s server to its provider. This includes the brief, restaurant name, audience, language, tone, supplied campaign facts and, for editing, existing copy.

Dedicated photo, logo, image URL and booking link fields are excluded. Material manually pasted into the brief or copy is included as text; AI does not visit pasted links. Do not include guest contact details or sensitive information. The provider key stays on the server; visitors do not supply one.

The provider’s privacy and retention policies apply to submitted text. If AI is not connected, the form shows it as unavailable and templates remain usable.

Images, hosting and access

An image URL makes the browser request that image from its host. Local image uploads are processed in your browser.

Hosting, network and AI services may process request information, including IP addresses, timestamps and operational logs. Access to this site may require sign-in through its hosting service. Linked websites and your sending platform have their own data policies.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics for page visits and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings on our production domain. These services may use cookies and process browser, device and interaction information. We do not add your campaign text, AI briefs or uploaded images as custom analytics events. Campaign editing and preview areas are marked for masking in Clarity recordings. Local and preview sites do not load either service.

To disable both services in this browser, visit this opt-out link. The preference stays on this device when browser storage is available. Use this link to enable them again. See the Google privacy policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
